No — coaching and therapy are distinct modalities. Vidya's work is coaching, not therapy. While it incorporates trauma-informed and psychologically-informed approaches, it is forward-focused and solution-oriented. If you are currently managing a clinical mental health condition, Vidya will recommend appropriate therapeutic support.
The majority of sessions are conducted via Zoom, which allows Vidya to serve clients globally. In-person intensives are available in London for select clients by arrangement. All sessions are equally powerful regardless of format.
